"Breeze" is an example of how digitization can help us to get healthy, stay healthy or make life easier with a chronic or stress-related illness. "Breeze" offers smartphone-based breathing training with biofeedback that uses the player nature in us for breathing exercises. A live demonstration in the studio that needs nothing more than a smartphone and some playful ambition.

Matthias Heuberger is head of the New Business Models department at CSS. In this function he is responsible for analytics, the development of new business models and the cooperation of CSS with the CSS Health Lab. He has 12 years of experience in the insurance industry and has held various roles with a focus on innovation and its implementation.

Olivia Clare Keller

Executive Director, Center for Digital Health Interventions, ETH Zurich & University of St.Gallen.

Olivia is a Psychological Therapist and digital health enthusiast. Olivia has worked internationally in clinical and operational roles, supporting efforts to connect more people  to evidence-based care and develop digital health solutions for mental health. At the Center for Digital Health Interventions, Olivia drives the areas of operational management, strategic planning, marketing and communications.
